McAfee Continues to Promote Cryptonics from Prison

From the back of his cell in the presidential suite of the Hilton, McAfee talks about cryptos news. Of course, he didn't forget to promote his baby, the Ghostcoin ($GHOST).

McAfee presents the 8:00 p.m. crypto newscast

John McAfee looks back on one of the most important news of October in the Bitcoinsphere: the announcement by PayPal of the upcoming launch of its cryptos services.

He said that this announcement is "the start of a new wave of acceptance around the world. Governments around the world will have to get used to cryptos".

Square and PayPal's support of Bitcoin (BTC) in October 2020, enabled Bitcoin to begin a bullish rally that took it past the $14,000 mark on its 12th anniversary.

McAfee also noted that "too many people use cryptosystems as a means of getting rich quickly rather than for buying and selling transactions.

That's why, he said, he created the $GHOST private stablecoin for trading, not speculation.

A wrapped DAI for the benefit of its holders

McAfee left the Ghostcoin project team in August 2020 due to a mix-up; he then indicated a few days later that he was still on the project.

In an October 18, 2020 tweet, McAfee announced that he had ended his "squabbles" with the management team.

The first version of the $GHOST will, according to him, be a wrapped DAI. It will later be based on a new stable and private blockchain.

Holders of $GHOST will share the profits from the transaction costs of the stablecoin.

Ghostcoin is expected to be launched as a payment method in about sixty Hong Kong vending machines.

What credit can be given to the statements of a gentleman who has pledged to publicly eat his family jewels if Bitcoin does not reach one million dollars by the end of 2020? Not to mention the fact that like Craig Wright, he also claimed to be Satoshi Nakamoto. Will Ghostcoin's much heralded profits really be palpable? Or will we have to wait to go to the afterlife to be able to touch them? John McAfee would still be held in Spain, awaiting extradition to the United States. He is being prosecuted for promoting ICOs and tax evasion - perhaps stupidity should be added to the charges.
