RIYADH — The Cityscape Global Expo in Riyadh concluded Thursday, November 20, announcing that real estate deals and transactions during the event reached $63 billion.

Organizers highlighted that the 2025 edition was twice the size of the inaugural 2023 event, with a 24% increase in exhibitors, adding 577 more participants compared to last year.

The expo featured participants from 42 countries, including 15 new countries showcasing their projects and developments. Participating organizations collectively manage $6.1 trillion in assets, a sixfold increase from the first edition.

Abdulrahman Abdullah Al-Tuwaijri, Saudi Deputy Minister of Municipalities and Housing for Residential Supply and Real Estate Development, noted that the expo facilitated transactions and investments exceeding 237 billion riyals during the event. He also highlighted that over 250,000 housing units and flexible financing options were made available to visitors.
