SOPRA STERIA GROUP : NEW CEO, ANNUAL OBJECTIVES ACHIEVED

The Board of Directors met yesterday and decided to appoint Cyril Malargé to succeed Vincent Paris as Chief Executive Officer.


Cyril Malargé has notably held the positions of Chief Executive Officer of the France Division and, for 18 months, of Group COO. He has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2015.


The group also announces that the detailed results for the 2021 financial year will be published as planned on February 24, 2022. 'Current estimates confirm the sharp rebound in operational performance in 2021 with annual targets largely achieved '.


Organic revenue growth is estimated between 6.3% and 6.4% (previous guidance 'greater than or equal to 6%'). The operating margin on business activity is estimated to increase by more than one point to 8.1% (previous guidance 'between 7.7% and 8.0%'). The cash performance is expected with a net operating cash flow greater than 250 ME (previous guidance 'between 150 ME and 200 ME').
